Pease Custom Floors was started 25 years ago in Smithville, Texas. It was founded by Grant and Katherine Pease and recently changed management while maintaining the same quality and service. We remain committed to offering our great products, expertise and experience with any of your bathroom \ kitchen \ flooring remodeling needs.

In order to provide the best customer experience, our staff consist of professionals that care and give the best guidance to our customers on what they’ll need for their projects to come true.

With more than 30 years of experience, Russell is our manager at Pease Custom Floors. His expertise in tile and flooring installation provides the necessary guidance to our customers in making the right choices of materials for their home. Russell also oversees all projects from start to finish. His work ethic and concerns for a job well done are second to none.
Yvette Joyner
Interior Designer
With 18 years’ experience in design, Yvette is here to help you create and design beautiful, comfortable and functional rooms from the floor up. Should it be the whole house or a one room remodel, she can help design your space to fit your personality and the character of your home. Her eyes for colors and ability to visualize your project give her an edge in helping the customer make the best choices for their project.

Office Manager
A staple in our company for over 8 years, Dawn provides assistance to our customers and helps our business function smoothly. She’s not only a friendly voice over the phone, her organization skills in making sure orders are processed and customer questions are taken care of in a timely fashion are exceptional.
